Balu is an excellent ashtanga teacher famous for his solid adjustments and his special classes on hip opening, back bending and vinyasas.
Balu identifies quickly which are the strengths and weaknesses of your practice and gives you hints on how to improve working on your weaknesses but still enjoying your strengths. Balu adapts the asanas, when needed, to the person and hers/his concrete circumstances.
This retreat is a great opportunity to focus on your practice in our natural environment and improve it with the master assistance that Balu provides. You will enjoy a great location for resting, connecting with nature, healthy vegetarian food while concentrating on the practice under the supervision of Balu and exchanging experiences with other committed ashtangis.

2nd of August to 7th of August (Following tentative program, modifications may be applied before the retreat and during it)

~10am-1:00pm Free time (Swimming pool, Hiking, Resting or Beach*^)
~1pm - 2pm Light Lunch
~2pm - 5pm Free time (Swimming pool, Hiking, Resting)
~5pm -6:30pm Afternoon practice
10:30pm Quiet time

~11am Transfers to airport/station in Valencia
*Transfer to beach and pickup included when 3 or more participants go together
^When going to the beach possibility to get a lunch box and a sun umbrella to stay for the lunch there
